Tämän kurssin jälkeen tunnet keskeisen työsuhteeseen liittyvän lainsäädännön! Työsopimuksen solmiminen, työantajan ja työntekijän oikeudet ja velvoitteet, työehtosopimus, työaikalain ja vuosilomalain pääperiaatteet. Opiskelija ymmärtää työntekijän ja työnantajan oikeudet ja velvollisuudet. Opiskelija osaa laatia työsopimuksen ja tuntee työehtosopimuksen merkityksen työsuhteessa. Opiskelija tuntee työaikalain, vuosilomalain pääpiirteet sekä virkasuhteeseen liittyvän keskeisen säätelyn. Tämän kurssin jälkeen osaa palkanlaskennan käsitteet ja hallitsee palkanlaskennan tehtävien hoitamisen. Tiedät miten työaika, luontoisedut, matkakustannusten korvaukset ja vuosilomat määräytyvät ja merkitään HR:n järjestelmiin.
