Asiakasprojektin läpivienti tiimissä. Suunnittelu-, toteutus- ja testausvaiheet raportoidaan ja dokumentoidaan. ICT-Projektinhallinan tiimityökaluihin ja -prosessiin tutustuminen käytännössä, esim. JIRA/Trello/GitHub, Scrum.

Käsitemallinnus ja käsitekaavio (Entity Relationship -kaavio). Relaatiotietokantojen rakenteen ja käytön perusteet. Not Only SQL - tietokantojen perustyypit ja esimerkkejä. Rakenteisen kyselykielen (Structural Query Language, SQL) peruskomennot datan käsittelyyn. Erityisesti tiedon haun komennot. Liiketoimintatiedon käsittely, jakaminen ja hyödyntäminen.

Autosum and other basic functions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MIN, MAX), copy formula to other rows/columns/worksheets, absolute cell reference, create time series, conditional formatting, create and edit charts, conditional calculation functions (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF), date and time functions, lookup functions, sort and filter data, Pivot tables and charts.

Word-tekstinkäsittely: asiakirjastandardi ja LAB amk:n opinnäytetyöraporttien raporttimalli. Tekijänoikeuden periaatteet, tekijänoikeuden alaisen aineiston oikea käyttö ja Creative Commons -lisenssit. PowerPoint-esitysgrafiikan edistynyt käyttö, esityksen ajastaminen. Funktioiden käyttö laskennassa, kaavioiden muokkaaminen, ehdollinen muotoilu, ehdolliset funktiot, hakufunktiot, päivämäärä- ja aikafunktiot, makrot, asiakirjan suojaaminen ja solualueiden lukitus, tiedostojen väliset yhteydet, alasvetovalikoiden luominen, arvotarkistimet, kommentit, Pivot-taulukot ja -kaaviot.

Opintojaksolla tutustutaan johdon laskentatoimen keskeisiin käsitteisiin ja periaateisiin. Opitaan erilaisten harjoitustehtävien avulla ratkaisemaan, laatimaan ja tulkitsemaan katetuotto- ja kannattavuuslaskelmia ja budjetteja. Perehdytään kustannusperusteisen hinnoittelun periaatteisiin.
