The course also provides introduction to corporate finance and capital budgeting. Core content: Corporate financial decisions, capital structure, interplay between investments and financing decisions.

Background and basics of digital transformation. Digitalization as part of a company’s strategy. Adoption of digitalization in the organization. Measuring and evaluating the effects of digitalization.

The lectures cover a range of topics concerning business marketing, including organizational buying behavior; market research; segmentation, targeting and positioning; strategic planning of marketing; market entry tactics and pricing; product strategy and product development; digitalization and services for business markets; managing business marketing channels; business to business marketing communications; future of business marketing. The course integrates theory and practice to foster active involvement and self-reflection and aid students in preparing for professional practice.

The course focuses on the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and on the form of financial statements. The course will also cover the basics of financial reports and transactions. During the course will provide students understanding about accounting terms, and how financial statements are constructed. It will also give them ability to read financial statements. Core content: Accrual accounting, revenue, inventory, intangible assets, finance investments, liabilities and stockholders' equity.

The course focuses on the role of performance management and measurement in digitalizing business environment. The course provides students basic understanding about the different performance measurement systems. Core content: Performance management practices, performance measurement, performance measurement systems, performance analysis.
